Kathy Murray has established herself as one of the most sought-after Metrowest real estate professionals since joining the industry in 1988.

A lifelong Medfield resident and daughter of a local developer, Kathy has an inherent passion for real estate and a deep familiarity of the Boston suburbs, as well as long term relationships with other real estate professionals with whom she works.

Kathy has achieved numerous professional accolades as a consistent and top producer who has earned the prestigious President's Premier status, placing her in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She was named one of "America's Best Real Estate Agents" by the Wall Street Journal's REAL Trends list, and as one of the "10 Best" Massachusetts real estate agents by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals (AIOREP) for client satisfaction. For the past several years, she has been designated a Top Real Estate Producer by Boston Magazine, and was recently featured in the Boston Globe's "Women of Power" issue. She has also served on professional advisory boards, appeared on HGTV's "House Hunters", and has earned top honors and several professional designations throughout her career. Kathy is a member of TAN (Top Agent Network) as well as the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and a certified Relocation agent.

Active within her community, Kathy's three children attended the Medfield public schools, where she was involved in educational, athletic and music programs. She remains a proud supporter of these programs, as well as her preferred charitable organizations including Tunnels to Towers, the Home for Little Wanderers, St. Jude's and many others within the Coldwell Banker CARES foundation. When not working, which is rare, Kathy can be found reading about real estate, shopping to help stage her listings or spending time with family, friends and colleagues.
